You may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch. A full refund will be given. Please note that a charge may be made for any custom work that has been done which cannot be resold. eg: Your name laser engraved onto a case.

A full refund will be given if the item does not reach the dispatch address within 28 days of dispatch.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your Pinegrove item for any reason, then return it within 28 days in its original packaging. Contact us first and wait for a reply if you are not in the UK. On receipt of the item a full refund will be made without delay, including the return postage costs. (Does not include optional express shipping costs.) Alternatively a replacement can be dispatched. Customers are responsible for the safe return of the item.
