Coronavirus: Delivery Update 11th April

The good news: Yes we are still making and sending (shipping) our fine hand-built straps and cases. We use Royal Mail, the UK's national postal service. This is still working as normal within the UK. Our hats off to Royal Mail staff.

International deliveries to the US, Canada, Europe, Australia and New Zealand are working, but not as fast as normal. To find out more about delivery delays to your country, go to https://personal.help.royalmail.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5317/~/international-incident-bulletin

Note that Royal Mail do not deliver to your door, they hand your package to the national postal service in your country. So if you're in the US, your package will be delivered to you by USPS. (We find them very reliable.)
