 2:  A friendly & helpful personal service

Call or write if you need any advice before or after placing an order.    We'll respond with a full and supportive answer within 24 hours, usually much sooner. 

Rod is a musician too, so you can talk to him about issues such a bad shoulder from a heavy guitar, or banana-shaped harmonicas.

We don't use chatbots or AI.  We prefer to give our customers proper, considered answers. 

If your order looks like you've accidentally ordered more than you should have, we'll contact you.

Let us know if you need a longer strap, non-standard colours, or any other mod. We'll usually do it for free.

We charge for laser-engraved personalisation, but only because it's done by another company.  We charge for that at cost.

If in stock, orders will be sent next working day.  If we need to make it, we'll usually do it in less than 3 working days.   Our products are hand-built, which is slow, but we don't waste any time.

 5:  Fast & reliable shipping service

We constantly check that our couriers are providing a reliable and timely service.  This is a priority over cost, even if you don't pay for shipping. 

 6:  Re-usable eco packaging

Pinegrove products come in a re-usable cotton bag.  Great for storing equipment.

Most products are shipped in bio-degradable packaging.

Pinegrove products are tough, but we want them to arrive with you in perfect condition.  We make sure to pack them for shipment so that they aren't damaged on their journey to you.

Strap too long or too short?   We'll help fix it for free.

Lost a belt loop 5 years after your bought the belt?   We'll send another for free.

Finest quality leather & premium materials throughout, right down to the rivets.

We have very strict quality assurance.  If we put one stitch-hole in the wrong place it can ruin the whole piece.  We understand that Pinegrove products are destined to be treasured possessions, so we can't allow that.  We just start from scratch again.

All Pinegrove products are made in our own small craft workshop in Church Stretton, Shropshire, England.

There are plenty of cheap straps and cases around, but they do not compare in quality to Pinegrove. Meanwhile, other makers using leather as good as ours are way more expensive.
